Heather Graham says pole dancing helps her keep in shape. The 37-year old said that she has been taking pole-dancing classes from a friend to keep her figure. Graham’s first major movie break was in 1991’s Boogie Nights where she played the porn starlet, Roller Girl. However, her first starring role was as Felicity Shagwell in the Mike Myers 1999 hit Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me.

People Magazine named her one of the “50 Most Beautiful People in the World” in 2001. Her most current movies are Adrift in Manhattan, and Have Dreams, Will Travel which is not yet released.
