Be specific and be creative and define not only what you want in your career but what you want in your personal life.”

Being Honest:
Now I’ve got this moniker that I’m the foot-in-mouth gal, and I keep thinking, In what way? Because I said something you don’t agree with? Because I said something you don’t like? I’m just telling you my opinion. I hate the idea that I can’t be honest about how I feel about things because it’s going to piss somebody off who feels differently. That seems preposterous to me.”

Using A Stylist:
If it’s the Emmy’s or the Oscar’s I need a little extra help, but I just like to do myself because I don’t like all the hoopla,” Heigl says. “Inevitably it’s me who knows what I want. When I leave the house. I want to look in the mirror and go, ‘I feel like the best version of myself in this.”

‘R’ ratings:
I know this is going to sound bad but I’m really glad [Ugly Truth is rated] R. I didn’t want to do another PG-13 movie. [In any real-life contentious relationship with romantic underpinnings] you’re probably going to drop the F-bomb once in a while. You’re probably going to say some things that are kind of harsh. And you’re definitely going to talk about sex. It doesn’t have to be so Snow White and Prince Charming.”

Trying to fit in at school as a child actress:
"I was tortured, emotionally tortured by these girls. Every time I came back from filming, it would be me trying to find my way back into the clique. And they weren't having it."

The publicity from her father's arrest for alleged domestic battery last year:
"It was very tough, especially since it's my family. It's one thing if you do it to me. I get frustrated, but I can handle it. But when it involves my family, my friends, forget it—I lose my . . . "

Keeping her romantic life private:
"When it comes to relationships, it's nice to have something that is your own and not everyone else's."

Dealing with the tabloid media:
"I learned the game. The more I react, the angrier I get, the more satisfaction they get. That's exactly what they want."

Blake Lively recently spoke with Glamour magazine about her objections to having now real-life boyfriend Penn Badgley as a castmate when the series first started up in 2007.

Lively tells, “At first I was so upset that they hired him. I actually poisoned the whole cast against him. But then they noticed that he wasn’t a jerk and was actually a really nice, charming person.”

Continuing on about her co-star lover, who was also a childhood classmate, Blake said, “Almost immediately I realized that too, but it took me about a week to admit it.”

Hayden Panettiere is A Lucky Cover

The “I Love You, Beth Cooper” star appears on the cover of the August issue of Lucky and reveals how she dresses herself in ways to compliment her petite size.

Hayden Panettiere is mastering the art of dressing for her petite size, she says, “There are all these little tricks that make such a difference, like being conscious of when a shoe cuts me off at the ankle, so it doesn’t shorten my legs.” She also prefers high-waisted shorts like these for her small frame.

Hayden adds that she takes some of her style cues from an outside source: R&B singer Rihanna. “I admire Rihanna’s ability to put on just about anything and look amazing. Her outfits are always very her.”

Hayden Panettiere On Seventeen

In the issue, Hayden shares everything from heartbreak to her feelings towards our favorite vampire, Robert Pattison. Hayden shared some inside info about her first heartbreak when she told Seventeen, “My instinct when I go through heartbreak or a bad situation is to talk about it. To just talk and talk and talk about it. But that’s me, that’s not everybody. A lot of people, you know, their instinct isn’t to talk about it. Their instinct is to bury it and to distract themselves from it.”

In the midst of posing for the cameras, Hayden had time to speak about her fame and how she is able to distinguish between her fans loving the character’s that she plays, and really appreciating her as an actor. She said, “People fall so in love with characters in books or characters in movies, like ‘Twilight,’ you know? Girls are so in love with Robert Pattinson, because he played the part. They’re in the love with him as that character.”

In the magazine, Hayden looks gorgeous while posing wearing a purple dress, funky shirt and a bright yellow flowing top. As far as what Hayden has in store for the future she said, “I love my job. Does that mean that’s the only thing I want to do all the time? No. There are a lot of other things I would love to do, and I will hopefully be able to do them when I have the time.”
